This Group will be following along with LCBC's Bible Reading plan using the You Version Bible app. We will meet online for our first night to get to know each other and make sure everyone is comfortable with using the app, but then there will be no more regular weekly meetings. Instead, we will simply share insights and questions about what we're reading throughout the week together by posting our thoughts within the app. This is the perfect group for you if you're wanting to have accountability to read the Bible but don't have the time to commit to a regular group meeting every week! We plan to meet for 6-weeks, with the first week beginning as a fun, get-to-know your groups evening. Then for each of the 5-weeks of the study, we will begin by hearing a short message from each of our leaders then open with the video teaching which we will all watch together. After the video, all the off-campus (in-person groups) will close their computers and continue their discussion and prayer in their leader's home with their groups. We hope you can join us for this 6-week session and we pray you will be challenged and encouraged to grow deeper in your relationship with God, with others and in knowledge of His Word.

The Life of Jesus: A Study of Christology.

The word “Christology” comes from two Greek words meaning “Messiah” and “word” - which combine to mean “the study of Christ.” Christology is the study of the Person and work of Jesus Christ. There are numerous important questions that Christology answers. Over six weeks we will look at topics like can we trust the sources that teach about Jesus, why his birth, life, and death matter, did he really rise from the dead, what does it mean that he is coming back and how should those who follow Him live as a result of his life and work.
