"Ultimate," also known as "Ultimate Frisbee" or "Frisbee Football" is a fun, non-contact sport that is easy to learn and gives your heart a workout. For years a group of Christian men, women and young people have gotten together to play Ultimate and/or Volleyball on Sunday afternoons at the Norristown Farm Park. This Fall we will be doing both! Ultimate from 3:00 - 4:00 and Volleyball from 4:00 - 5:00 pm. The games are meant as a chance for a fun healthy positive activity for young and old alike. We will teach the game and no experience is necessary. Come for either one or for both sports! To help new players from LCBC and long-term players to get to know each other, on Sunday, September 24, after the game we will have a bonfire and sausage roast at a location near the park.
