Anxiety is something that affects the lives of so many, yet it often goes unseen or not discussed, especially for men. In this group, we will we will spend time discussing Shawn Johnson’s book, Attacking Anxiety, to help us grow closer to the life God intends for us. Together we will strive to sharpen each other to lead a life of more freedom and less worry.
