God gave us a wonderful gift . . . Life! Now, let’s live it to the fullest. Staying fit & healthy is a great way of saying thank you for the gift we were given. As we age, it becomes more challenging to stay fit, flexible, & strong and yet these are life qualities which help us to remain independent and better able to serve God & others.
