Driven by faith, fellowship and fitness, we are committed to be the best versions of ourselves. This is a women's peer led fitness group. We meet every Saturday at Cove Park in Mount Joy at 8:30 AM (parking lot across from the CTC). Rain or shine. Any age, any fitness level, all are welcomed. Led by Ann Marie Neighdeigh.
